PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of naturally patterned wood-based laminated plates is provided to improve the decorative effect of the laminated plates by firmly attaching naturally patterned wood sheets between resin plates. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of naturally patterned wood-based laminated plates includes the following steps: concave-convex parts are formed on the inner surfaces of an upper mold(10) and a lower mold(20); a naturally patterned wood sheet(30) and resin plates(40) are sheared, and the resin plates are positioned on the molds; the sheared sheet is positioned between the resin plates; the resin plates are compressed with 100-110kg/cm^2 by using the molds; the pressurized resin plates are thermally pressurized for 15 minutes using a heating press of 80 to 130 deg C; the thermally pressurized resin plates are additionally pressurized with 110-120 kg/cm^2 such that the resin plates are secondarily thermally pressurized; the resin plates are cooled and separated from the molds; and the separated resin plates are shaped by a vacuum shaping unit.
