PURPOSE: An apparatus for measuring water quality is provided to improve deaeration effect and to measure smelling material in real time. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for measuring water quality comprises: a water bath with a device cover(101) at the upper portion and an inlet part(110) and a discharging part(120) at one side; a ultrasonic generator(200) formed at the lower portion of the water bath; a heater part(300) for heating water in the water bath; an agitator(400) which rotates a wing in the water bath; an air injection part(500) for supplying air to the water; and an air measuring unit(600) for measuring deaerated water bath.
