<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the bonding force of a bonded product formed by welding members having the surface made of resin fiber and formed into paper or clothe by laser light. <P>SOLUTION: The member bonding method comprises the step of bonding the surfaces of members made of resin fiber and formed into paper or cloth with one another. The surfaces are faced with one another and laser ray is made to pass through the faced parts from a back side to the front side of the material, followed by melting the resin fiber under heating whereby the surfaces are bonded under melting, and at the same time, laser ray is irradiated to the faced surfaces under pressing the faced parts under pressure of 50 kg/cm<SP>2</SP>or higher, whereby the surfaces are bonding with one another under melting. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
