Class 52 (ii)] A dentist's chair is provided with a body rest for the occupant, the body rest being mounted for horizontal swinging movement and having an arcuate formation to embrace partially the occupant's body to support it in any direction to which the occupant leans. The chair comprises a vertical pillar 10 mounted on legs 14 having castors, a cycle-type seat 11 mounted on the top of the pillar for rotation relative thereto and a body rest 12 comprising a bracket 60 and 62 connected to an arm 55 capable of rotation about a vertical axis. The seat 11 is mounted by bolts to the members 42, 48.</p> |
