<p>The method involves applying a polymer layer i.e. lacquer layer (20), with thickness of maximum 0.3 mm on a lower side and/or an upper side of an outsole layer (14). A thin polymeric film or liquid or viscous polymer layer is applied as the polymer layer on the outsole layer. The polymeric film or the liquid or viscous polymer layer is bonded and hardened with the outsole layer by impact of heat. The polymer layer is applied on the outsole layer by hot-coating process. A motive i.e. photo, is printed on the outsole layer before applying the polymer layer. The shoe comprises an outsole (10) that is provided with a placement layer (12), which is made of leather or leather fiber material. The outsole layer is made of polymer bounded cork, linoleum with a cork content and leather. An independent claim is also included for an outsole of a shoe.</p> |
