PURPOSE: A lamp integrated streetlight using solar and wind power generation is provided to effectively generate wind power by improving a blade structure of a wind power generation device. CONSTITUTION: A main body is formed on the upper end of a streetlight pillar(10). The main body includes components of a photovoltaic device(13). A photovoltaic module is formed on the upper side of the main body. An LED lamp module is formed on the lower part of the main body. A main blade has an arc surface. A sub blade is extended from both ends of the main blade.
