PURPOSE: A sloshing reducing device for a liquid cargo carrying vessel is provided to minimize energy utilization by generating electric power with the torque of a rotary cylinder. CONSTITUTION: A sloshing reducing device for a liquid cargo carrying vessel comprises a tank(10) and a rotary cylinder(20). Fluid is stored in the tank. The rotary cylinder is a hollow cylindrical shape and is rotatably arranged inside the tank. Multiple first through-holes(25a) through which the fluid is passed are formed on the exterior of the rotary cylinder. The rotary cylinder reduces sloshing due to the flow of the fluid. The sloshing reducing device comprises supporting plates(21,22) and a rotary shaft(21a).
