PURPOSE: A cleaner for eliminating foreign substances is provided to prevent a roll type bonding tape from directly contacting a surface to be cleaned, thereby maintaining bonding power of the roll type bonding tape. CONSTITUTION: A first roller unit(11) bonds foreign substances of a surface to be cleaned to an external surface. A second roller unit(12) is connected to a support fixture(13) by a hinge. The second roller unit rotates in a direction opposite to the first roller unit by frictional power between the first roller unit and the second roller unit. The second roller unit eliminates the foreign substances from the first roller unit.
