<p>The invention is to provide a polycarbonate resin composition having excellent weatherability, transparency, hue, heat resistance, thermal stability, moldability, and mechanical strength and a molded article obtained therefrom. The invention relates to: a polycarbonate resin composition which includes a polycarbonate resin (A) containing constituent units derived from a dihydroxy compound (a) having the portion represented by the following general formula (1) as part of the structure thereof and constituent units derived from a dihydroxy compound (b) of an alicyclic hydrocarbon having up to 11 carbon atoms and an aromatic polycarbonate resin (B) represented by the following general formula (2); and a molded article obtained from the composition. (The case where the portion represented by the general formula (1) is part of -CH 2 -O-H is excluded.
