PURPOSE: A sandwich package food and a sandwich packing method are provided to minimize the pneumatic variation of an inner wrap when ingredients for a sandwich are inserted into the inner wrap by forming through-holes on the inner wrap. CONSTITUTION: A sandwich package food comprises ingredients(100), an inner wrap(200), a bread(300), and an outer wrap(400). The ingredients are put into the inner wrap. The inner wrap is put into the bread. Through-holes for maintaining internal pneumatic pressure are formed on the inner wrap. The inner wrap comprises an inner wrap body(210) and an inner wrap handle part(220). The outer wrap comprises an outer case(410) and an outer cover(420).
