PURPOSE: A display device with a noise reducing function and a noise reducing method using the same are provided to reduce noise in the display device even though an existing MLCC(Multi Layer Ceramic Capacitor) is used. CONSTITUTION: A data operating unit(500) is connected to a display panel. A gate operating unit(400) is connected to the display panel. A signal control unit(600) is connected to the data operating unit and the gate operating unit. The signal control unit comprises an inversion determining unit. The inversion determining unit checks an image pattern of image data inputted from the outside. The inversion determining unit determines an inversion method.
