DIE PLATE HAVING REINFORCING BOARD FOR EXTRUDING MACHINE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A die plate having a reinforcing plate for an extruder and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to secure the quality of extruded and molded products by heat-treating a reinforcement plate and a body integrally. CONSTITUTION: A die plate for an extruder comprises a body(10) and a reinforcement plate(20). The body comprises a recessed groove(11), an extruding hole(12), a reinforcing plate placing groove(13), and a fixing hole(14). Melted raw materials are accommodated on the recessed groove. A plurality of extruding holes is gradually narrowed. The reinforcing plate placing groove is formed to cover the extruding hole in longitudinal direction. The fixing hole is formed the both sides of the extruding hole. The reinforcement plate is made of TiC and processed in a shape corresponding to the reinforcing plate placing groove. The reinforcement plate is attached with the body and treated integrally with the body by heat.
