DECORATIVE FILM HAVING OVERLAPPED DOUBLE HAIR LINE EFFECT AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THEREOF

PURPOSE: A decorative film with double hairline effect and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to form a hairline with the same texture as the actual metal and obtain feeling of depth using refraction of light through a transparent film. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a decorative film comprises the steps of: preparing a transparent film layer(1), forming hairline pattern layers at the top and bottom of the transparent film layer, forming a metal deposited layer(4) on the opposite side to a surface contacting the transparent film layer in one or more of the hairline pattern layers, attaching a hardened material of ultraviolet curable resin with hairline patterns to the top and bottom of the transparent film layer to form ultraviolet resin hairline pattern layers(2,3), and scratching the top or bottom surface of the transparent film layer without the ultraviolet resin hairline pattern layer to form hairline patterns.
