PURPOSE: A video call service method, a device thereof, and a system thereof are provided to variously change an image or a voice provided during a video call according to a user request. CONSTITUTION: A terminal device(10) exchange video call data with another terminal(30) through a network(20). The terminal device performs a video call. A service device modulates voice data of the video call data according to a request of the terminal device. The service device provides the modulated voice data to another terminal device.
