PURPOSE: A ventilation and wind power generation device is provided to supply electricity to an underground bunker facility, and to discharge polluted air in the facility to the outside. CONSTITUTION: A ventilation and wind power generation device(100) is installed in a ventilation path. The device is brought in and out of the ventilation path. The device generates electricity with wind force from the outside. The device is inserted into the ventilation path to inhale the air, or discharges the air inside.
