A MANUFACTURING METHOD OF SEAT PAD EQUIPPED WITH THE HOOK OF VELCRO TAPE AND THE SEAT PAD MADE BY THAT METHOD

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a seat pad integrated with a hook unit and a seat pad manufactured by the same are provided to protect a hook unit fixing frame from being passed through polyurethane resin liquid. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a seat pad(A) integrated with a hook unit is as follows. A hook unit fixing frame is formed in a foaming mold and a magnet unit is formed in the lower portion of the hook unit fixing frame. A sleeve sponge(40) formed in the hook unit fixing frame. A grip sheet(50) comprising a hook(60) is attached in the sleeve sponge. A magnetic blocking sill(70) is formed in the both sides of the bottom of the grip sheet. The hook unit is installed in the hook unit fixing frame and the blocking sill is attached to the lower portion of the blocking sill is attached in the magnet unit. Polyurethane resin liquid is injected to a foaming mold for forming a seat pad. The seat pad integrated with a hook unit is formed by removing the foaming mold.
