PURPOSE: A far infrared ray irradiator using amethyst is provided to effectively generate far infrared rays and to irradiate the infrared rays to the human body. CONSTITUTION: A far infrared ray irradiator using amethyst comprises a head(10), a post(20), and a base(30). The head generates and irradiates far infrared rays and comprises a rear cover formed in a cylindrical shape, a heating body generating heat and far infrared rays, an iris unit for controlling the amount of heat and far infrared rays, an amethyst board which generates far infrared rays and irradiates the far infrared rays forward, and a side cover. The post is extended to the top and bottom.
