PURPOSE: A pencil case with an external holder is provided to enable a user to rapidly confirm contents inside a pencil case. CONSTITUTION: A pencil case with an external holder comprises a pencil case lid(110), a pencil case body(120), a pencil holder(130), and a supporting board(140). The pencil case lid is combined with the pencil case body in a screw type or zipper type to cover pencils and is formed in a cylindrical shape. The pencil holder is attached to the outside of the pencil case body. The supporting board supports the pencil case body to prevent the pencil case body from falling.
