PURPOSE: A health chair is provided to be beneficial to the body of a user and to reduce stress, skin disease, and respiratory disease. CONSTITUTION: A health chair comprises a seat plate(110), a seat back(120), and a leg(130). The seat plate comprises an elastic material, a net, a shell, and a cover. A receiving groove and a plurality of first ventilation holes communicating with the receiving groove are formed in the bottom of the elastic material. The net is filled with cypress timber pieces and Kalopanax ricinifolium pieces and is inserted into the receiving groove of the elastic material. In the shell, a plurality of second ventilation holes is formed. The shell covers the elastic material and net. The cover has a plurality of third ventilation holes and is fixed to the bottom of the elastic material.
