PURPOSE: A signal input device including plural signal input units and a signal input method thereof are provided to input various kinds of signals with few signal input units by outputting a new operation signal when two or more signal input units are simultaneously operated. CONSTITUTION: Signal input units(210,220) generate an input signal when external force is applied. A signal output unit(240) receives the input signal to display the same. If the external force is applied to one of the input units, a control unit(230) transmits the input signal to the signal output unit. If the external force is applied to both of the input units, the control unit transmits an input signal different from the input signal generated when the external force is applied to one of the input units to the signal output unit.
