PURPOSE: A motorized camera is provided to form a compact optical system by reducing the whole size while making a magnification of 12 times. CONSTITUTION: A first lens group having positive refractive power includes a first lens(L1), a second lens(L2), and a third lens(L3). A second lens group having negative refractive power includes a forth lens(L4), a fifth lens(L5), and a sixth lens(L6). A third lens group having positive refractive power includes a seventh lens(L7), a eighth lens(L8), and a ninth lens(L9). A forth lens group having positive refractive power includes a tenth lens(L10), a eleventh lens(L11), and a twelfth lens(L12). The second lens group and the forth lens group are separately moved. A change of magnification is performed to narrow a space between the second and the firth lens group.
