PURPOSE: A video transmitting system, a transmitting method thereof, a video reproducing terminal, and a reproducing method thereof are provided to reproduce streaming media received through a general player even though a player for receiving real-time broadcasting is not installed in a terminal. CONSTITUTION: A video originating unit(110) stores video content. The video originating unit performs real-time broadcasting for the video content. An access point(120) is connected to the video originating unit. The access point distributes the video content to each terminal in a form of a multicast service. At least one terminal(130) is connected to the access point. At least one terminal downloads the video content through the access point.
