PURPOSE: A cellular phone holder is provided to make a supporting rod of an operating lever closely adhere to both sides of a cellular phone because the operating lever is rotated while a lifting member is moved downward by self-weight of the cellular phone so that the cellular phone is safely placed. CONSTITUTION: A cellular phone holder comprises a setting unit(2). The setting unit comprises a lifting member(4), an operating lever(6), and a guide member(7). An operating pin(71) of the guide member is vertically moved along a guide groove(34) of a body(3) when the lifting member is vertically moved and the operating pine is firstly locked in a stopping groove(35) so that the lifting member is moved upward to an original state. A pinion of the operating lever being interlocked to a rack of the lifting member in a lifting process of the lifting member is rotated. A supporting rod(61) rotates the operating lever around a hinge pin(32) and the operating lever is closely adhered to a lateral surface of the cellular phone or separated so that the cellular phone becomes fixed or separated.
