PURPOSE: A cable connection device for a power transmission of a vehicle is provided to maximize noise restriction performance and durability of elements by improving a vibration isolation function. CONSTITUTION: A cable connection device for a power transmission of a vehicle comprises a joining main body(1), a joining unit, and a vibration isolation member(200). The joining main body is joined with the front end of a cable rod(C). The joining main body comprises a storing space for a power transmission lever. The joining unit is installed in the storing space of the joining main body and joins the power transmission lever. The vibration isolation member is installed in the inner surface of the joining main body and reduces the vibration transferred to a gear manipulation unit.
