PURPOSE: A heat exchange system using heat of waste water of a bathhouse is provided to perform efficient heat exchange by using waste water discharged from a bathhouse. CONSTITUTION: A heat exchange system using heat of waste water of a bathhouse comprises a hot waste water heat exchanger(100), a reservoir tank(400), a pipe line(51), a branch pipe line(52), a cold bath line(53), and make-up water lines(55, 56, 57). The branch pipe line is connected to the pipe line and supplies water to a shower directly. The cold line supplies the water supplied from a roof tank to a bathhouse. Two make-up water lines supply make-up water to the pipe line. One make-up line supplies make-up water to the reservoir tank.
