PURPOSE: An individual freedom traveling service system and a method thereof are provided to share traveling information between members, thereby reducing required time for a traveling information search of the members. CONSTITUTION: A traveling plan establishing unit(111) generates original traveling plan data according to traveling spot information received from a traveling plan suggester terminal. An experience group recruiting unit(112) selects an experience group by receiving experience group application information for the original traveling plan data from an experience group application terminal. A traveling experience evaluating unit(113) receives traveling evaluation information from an experience group terminal of the selected experience group.
