PURPOSE: An airbag cover with improved exterior look and mechanical strength and a polyolefin-based thermoplastic elastomer composition for the same are provided to improve mobility, exterior look, and mechanical strength. CONSTITUTION: A thermoplastic elastomer composition for airbag cover is obtained by heat treating propylene-based resin, ethylene-A-olefin-non-conjugated diene, and mineral oil based softener under the presence of a cross-linking agent. 60-150 parts by weight of the ethylene-A-olefin-non-conjugated diene, 0-40 parts by weight of mineral oil based softener are included based on 100 parts by weight of propylene-based resin. The amount of the cross-linking agent is 0.01-0.3 part by weight based on 100.0 parts by weight of the total weight of the propylene-based resin, ethylene-A-olefin-non-conjugated diene, and mineral oil based softener.
