PURPOSE: A high-frequency heat treatment method for a ring gear is provided to implement continuous heat treatment by consecutively collecting a completed ring gear and placing a ring gear requiring heat treatment in a ring gear setting member. CONSTITUTION: A high-frequency heat treatment method for a ring gear comprises the steps of: placing a ring gear in a ring gear setting member(10) with a setting groove(12) at the top and threads at the bottom, rotating the ring gear setting member to implement high-frequency heat treatment, and pushing the ring gear setting member with a punching member(40) moved up and down by a cylinder(50) in order to separate the ring gear from the ring gear setting member.
