PURPOSE: A cellular phone holder is provided to settle or separate a cellular phone because an operation lever is closely adhered or separated to/from a front edge due to first and second elastic members of the operation lever being pushed into or pulled out from the perforated hole. CONSTITUTION: A cellular phone holder comprises a settling unit(2) seating a cellular phone. The settling unit comprises a body(3), an operation lever(4), and props(6). A rear case(32) and a front case(31) of the body are welded or coupled by a screw. Both ends of a plate spring are fitted into inner fixing pieces(33). The operation lever comprises a hinge pin(41) and a supporting frame(44). The supporting frame is fixed to the hinge pin and bent toward the front and rear sides. The props are integrated or joined with/to the lower part of the front case of the body. A through-hole(34) and fitting holes are formed in the front case and an in-and-out hole(36) is formed in the rear case so that first and second elastic members(42,43) are projected or retracted to the front side of the body through holes.
