PURPOSE: A system for posting an article and a method thereof are provided to train independent and professional reporters with economics independence of reporters, thereby implementing the independent press. CONSTITUTION: An article posting unit(110) posts an article transmitted from a reporter terminal(300). An article fee paying unit(120) pays the preset article fee in an account of a reporter who submits the article when the posted article is clicked. The article fee paying unit pays the preset article fee according to a click number of the article. The article fee paying unit pays the preset article fee according to a rating of the reporter. A reporter rating setting unit(130) sets the rating of the reporter according to the preset reference.
