PURPOSE: A thermoplastic elastomer composition and a diaphragm for brake system are provided to improve production rate and to enhance moldability. CONSTITUTION: A thermoplastic elastomer composition comprises ethylene propylene diene monomer, polypropylene, process oil, a cross-linking agent, antioxidant, inorganic filler and additive. The weight ratio of ethylene propylene diene monomer, propylene diene monomer, polypropylene, process oil, an cross-linking agent, antioxidant, inorganic filler and additive is 80-90 : 40-50 : 90-100 : 0.5-0.8 : 0.5-0.8 : 20-25 : 0.8-1.0. The polypropylene based resin is composed of propylene homopolymer and propylene - ethylene block copolymer. The weight ratio of the propylene homopolymer to propylene - ethylene block copolymer is 2-3 : 2-3.
