PURPOSE: A device for determining a device state information signal, a method thereof, and a recording medium including a program for the same are provided to conveniently determine a state information signal of an external device and recognize a countermeasure by downloading an application to a mobile device. CONSTITUTION: An information receiving unit(210) recognizes a state information signal indicating a device state. A processor(220) determines contents indicated by the state information signal by analyzing the state information signal. A display unit(230) displays the determined contents of the processor.
