PURPOSE: An electricity multi-meter is provided to accurately measure all measures for electricity inspection by minimizing an error range. CONSTITUTION: A terminal part(10) comprises three terminals which connect a test lead cable, an ultraviolet temperature sensor, a relay circuit, and an AC active state determining circuit. The relay circuit is driven in a measurement range. A measuring part(20) measures voltage, current, and resistance. A function selecting part(30) is connected to an interval between the terminal part and the measuring part. The function selecting part is selectively connected to the measuring part and supplies a power source to a selected measuring part. A controller(40) controls data measured in the measuring part. A display part(50) displays the data. A power source part(60) supplies necessary voltage to each part and comprises a noise eliminating stabilizing circuit. A key input part(70) inputs a control key. An analogue-digital converter(80) changes analog data into digital data. A multiplexor(90) selects one data among multiple input data and outputs it.
