PURPOSE: An energy measuring system of each utilization equipment, a method thereof, and a recording medium including a program for the same are provided to measure the usage of the energy of each utilization equipment by checking the total energy of a building in which a group of utilization equipments is installed. CONSTITUTION: A total energy monitoring unit(310) monitors the total energy of a WHM(Watt Hour Meter). A profile providing unit(330) provides a profile including effective power, ineffective power, and locations of utilization equipments to each utilization equipment.
