PURPOSE: A water-saving valve device for a faucet is provided to reduce the water rate by minimizing the waste of tap water. CONSTITUTION: A water-saving valve device for a faucet comprises a valve body(10), a connection member(20), an opening and closing member, and a lever(40). The valve body has a water communication hole. The connection member connects the top of the valve body to the end of a faucet. The opening and closing member is installed in the water communication hole to be liftable and opens and closes the water communication hole. The lever is rotatably installed in the valve body and controls the opening and closing of the water communication hole.
