PURPOSE: Lacquer-onion juice using alkaline reduced water and lacquer, and a producing method thereof are provided to double boil onion with lacquer liquid without the toxicity to obtain the lacquer-onion juice. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of lacquer-onion juice using alkaline reduced water and lacquer comprises the following steps: electrolyzing water to obtain the alkaline reduced water; mixing 80wt% of alkaline reduced water, 18wt% of lacquer cut into 5-10cm, and 2wt% of Glycyrrhizae radix, and boiling the mixture at 100 deg. C for 15-20 hours to obtain lacquer liquid; double boiling 30wt% of lacquer liquid and 70wt% of onion for 3-5 hours at 100-105 deg. C; and removing residues from the double boiled onion mixture using a squeezer.
