POLYPROPYLENE RESIN COMPOSITION WITH HIGH FALLING WEIGHT IMPACT STRENGTH

PURPOSE: A polypropylene resin composition including an ethylene propylene block - poly propylene resin is provided to enhance dropping characteristics and moldability, thereby facilitating application of the resin in large size injection molding. CONSTITUTION: A polypropylene resin composition includes an ethylene propylene block - poly propylene resin. The ethylene propylene block-poly propylene resin is composed of 75-95 wt% of polypropylene homopolymer, 5-25 wt% of elastic ethylene propylene block copolymer in which ethylene content is 20-50 wt%. The viscosity ratio of the polypropylene homopolymer to the ethylene propylene block copolymer is 0.5-2.5. The melt index(230 deg. Celsius, 2.16kg load) of the ethylene propylene block copolymer is 1-50g/10minutes.
