PURPOSE: A power toothbrush with improved vibration efficiency is provided to efficiently deliver vibration to bristles. CONSTITUTION: A power toothbrush with improved vibration efficiency comprises a head unit(10) and a handle unit(20). The head unit comprises a bristle holder(11) in which bristles are planted, and a head plate(14) which is combined with the bristle holder and has a fixing groove for fixing a vibrating motor. The fixing groove is formed in the central part of the upper side of the head plate. The vibrating motor is installed in the fixing groove.
