PURPOSE: A decorative sheet and a method for secondarily shaping the same are provided to overcome surface defects on the decorative sheet after a sheet coating process. CONSTITUTION: A decorative sheet includes PVC-based fabric(1), a printed layer(2), and a transparent film(3). The printed layer is formed on the upper side of the fabric. The transparent film is integrated with the printed layer. A hot-melt paper(6) is integrated with the lower side of the sheet. The hot-melt paper includes a silicon layer(8) and a polyethylene layer(7). A method for secondarily shaping the decorative sheet includes the following steps: a transparent film or both a transparent film and a sub-layer are laminated with the fabric to prepare a laminated sheet; the laminated sheet and a hot-melt paper are pre-heated by using a pre-heating roller of 100 to 110 deg C; the pre-heated laminated sheet and hot-melt paper is laminated by using a hot-pressing roller of 130 to 140 deg C; and the laminated sheet is wound.
