Agglomerate (10) comprises a first phase change material (PCM) and a constituent that has a density of higher than 800 kg/m 3>and forms a core of the agglomerate. Independent claims are included for: (1) a mixture of agglomerate having a density (D2) and adsorbent particles having a density (D1), where the density (D2) is represented by an expression of 0.67D1= D2= 1.5D1; and (2) an adsorption unit comprising a fixed bed or fluidized bed in which the mixture is provided.
