The device has a current injecting cable twisted with a measuring cable (26). The measuring cable is connected to a proximal measurement point i.e. connector (34), and a mass plate (30) at a level of an electric structural network (14) of an aircraft having a structure with composite parts. A generator (8) of the network is placed in an upstream side of a road path (24). A measuring device measures potential difference between the measurement point and a voltage reference area (16) of a vehicle. The measurement point is arranged inside an electrical rack.
