PURPOSE: A dehumidification device and an air conditioning system therewith are provided to enable the easy replacement of a dehumidification rotor by only removing a connection case from a pipe. CONSTITUTION: A dehumidification device comprises first and second channels and a connection channel. The first and second channels are separated from each other. The connection channel connects the first and second channels to each other and comprises a dehumidification rotor(130) and a case(164). The dehumidification rotor is coated with a dehumidification material for absorbing water. The case receives the dehumidification rotor therein.
