PURPOSE: A double-tube heat exchanger and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent the performance reduction of a heat exchanger by supplying enough evaporation heat to coolant flowing in a tube. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a double-tube heat exchanger comprises the steps of: preparing an inner tube(10), drawing an outer tube(20) with a plurality of inner protrusions(22) formed in the longitudinal direction, inserting the inner tube into the outer tube and rolling to join the inner and outer tubes so that the ends of the protrusions are attached to the outer periphery of the inner tube and micro-channels for coolant are formed, and inserting a heat sink fin(30) to the outer tube and rolling to integrate the fin and the tube.
