PURPOSE: A method for estimating a reflective property on a face surface and a data processing device are provided to estimate reflective properties on skin surfaces from face images which are photographed at limited views. CONSTITUTION: A photographing device photographs a face of a person(S10). A conformity module eliminates reflective effects due to scattering from face images(S20). The conformity module calculates reflective properties(S30). A smoothing module smoothes roughness and a reflective coefficient(S40). A grouping module groups the reflective properties(S50).
