PURPOSE: An information protecting terminal for fusing wire-wireless and an information protecting communication method thereof are provided to support internet connection without the constraint of a wire-wireless communication network and guarantee safe data communication between terminals. CONSTITUTION: A signal converting unit(160) converts a sound signal or an image signal included in user data into a digital signal. An encoding processing unit(180) generates output data by encoding the user data converted into the digital signal through an intrinsic mode which user sets. A network connecting unit(150) includes communication interfaces and is connected to a tethering terminal or an internet network by using the communication interface. A transmission processing unit(190) transmits the output data through the tethering terminal or the internet network by packetizing the output data.
