PURPOSE: A motor drive apparatus for a vehicle having a structure of reducing noise is provided to prevent electromagnetic noise from being discharged to the outside by expanding an entire ground area between grounds of printed circuit boards through capacitive coupling. CONSTITUTION: An analog circuit part(121) is installed in an inverter which applies three phase drive power to a motor. The analog circuit part comprises a (+) pattern(121a), a (-) pattern(121c), and an analog circuit region(121b). A digital circuit part(122) includes a control part which applies a switching control signal to the inverter. A power supply unit(123) supplies a power source to the analog circuit part and the digital circuit part, respectively. The power supply unit comprises (+) patterns(123a,123b), a (-) pattern(123d), and a power circuit region(123c).
