PURPOSE: A battery pack is provided to obtain flatness, durability and assembling quality of a secondary battery by fixing each of an upper side and a lower side of a secondary battery by flat cover elements. CONSTITUTION: A battery pack comprises: a plurality of secondary batteries(10-80) comprising an electrode assembly, a case accepting the electrode assembly, and a current collecting terminal protruded from the case and electrically connected to the electrode assembly.; a first cover element(400) formed to surround the first side of the plurality of secondary batteries; and a first elastic element(430) formed between a first side of the plurality of secondary batteries and the first cover element. The battery pack additionally comprises a second cover element(200) formed to surround a second side of the plurality of secondary batteries, which is an opposite side of the first side, and comprising a through-hole through which the current collecting terminal penetrates.
