PURPOSE: An opening and closing device of a balcony roof is provided to efficiently control the inner space of a building by opening and closing a part of a roof. CONSTITUTION: An opening and closing device of a balcony roof comprises an auxiliary panel(22) and a balcony roof opening and closing unit(A). The auxiliary panel is separated from a roof panel(21) of a building(10) and is installed on the top end of the building. The auxiliary panel forms a roof of an auxiliary space. The balcony roof opening and closing unit is installed between the roof panel and the auxiliary panel and opens and closes the auxiliary panel.
