The garment (1) has a safety jacket (2) threaded over the garment. The jacket is housed in a pocket (3) at inside the garment in a non-utilization position. The pocket is located in back of the garment, and extends downward from an opening (4) located in an upper part of the garment. The opening is located along an extension of a seam (5) connecting a collar or a cloak (6) to the garment. An upper edge (7) of the jacket is attached to an upper edge (8) of the opening. The jacket is made of a reflective or fluorescent material.
