PURPOSE: A cupping cup opening and closing device is provided to make high vacuum state by fixing an air flow channel. CONSTITUTION: A cupping cup opening and closing device comprises a cupping cup(100) and an opening and closing unit(110). In the cupping cup, an air flow channel is formed in the upper center thereof. The cupping cup comprises a protrusion. The opening and closing unit is inserted into the protrusion and comprises a hanging unit, a support unit, and a handle unit. The hanging unit is inserted into the air flow channel and moves up and down. The support unit is protruded from the upper part of the hanging unit and supports the inner side of protrusion. The handle unit is formed in the outer peripheral of the support unit.
